Adding a question
From your election's setup page, click Add question. Give it a question prompt, choose a type (plurality/pick-N, approval, ranked choice, or motion — see Question types explained), and add your options. Use Add option to add as many as you need, up to 50 per question. For a pick-N plurality question, set the number of winners (seats) above one if more than one option can win.
Motion questions don't need options — voters simply choose yes, no, or abstain.
Editing and removing
Every question in the list has Edit and Remove actions, so you can reorder your thinking, fix wording, or drop a question entirely — as long as the election hasn't launched yet.
Limits
An election can hold up to 20 questions, each with up to 50 options.
Locking at launch
Once you launch, the ballot is locked — questions can no longer be added, edited, or removed (the voter roster stays editable; see Adding voters). Review everything carefully first, and use a test ballot to see exactly what voters will see.
