Reminding everyone who hasn't voted
While an election is running, click Remind non-voters to send a reminder to every voter who hasn't cast a ballot yet. This is a bulk action — it automatically skips anyone who's already voted, whose invitation bounced, or who has unsubscribed from reminder emails, so you never re-nag someone who can't or won't act on it.
Fixing one voter's email
If a single voter's address was mistyped, or their invitation bounced, you don't need to touch the rest of the roster. Find that voter in the list and use Resend (or Fix & resend, shown for voters whose invitation bounced) to correct their email and send them a fresh voting link.
A fresh link means the earlier one for that voter stops working immediately — only the new link is valid. This keeps things simple: there's never more than one live link per voter at a time.
Unsubscribing doesn't block voting
A voter who unsubscribes stops receiving reminder emails, but the unsubscribe only opts them out of reminders — their original voting link keeps working, and a manual resend still reaches them. See Bounces and unsubscribes for the difference between the two states.
